Printing Processes

greentee uses several print methods including direct-to-garment and screen printing.  Direct-to-garment printing uses water based inks and has almost no waste and does not require the use of any cleaning agents, emulsions or water in production.  When we choose screen printing we opt for water based or a new PVC and Non-Phthalate plastisol subsititue that provides all the color vibrancy and durability of less eco-friendly traditional inks.  We use all soy based cleaning products.
